Atlas Homewares Olde World Collection cabinet hardware

The Atlas Homewares Olde World Collection is a vintage cabinet line pairing a rounded knob with arched pulls, designed to read aged and rustic rather than polished or modern. It is built around heavily textured, antiqued finishes.

What identifies the Olde World look

Olde World carries an organic, lightly hammered surface and a softly arched pull on shaped feet, with a companion 1 inch knob that matches the texture. The character comes from the surface treatment and the irregular hand-worked feel, not from sharp geometry. Sample pull spacings run 5 1/16 inch and 7 9/16 inch center-to-center. Finishes are Venetian bronze, rust, pewter, and aged bronze, a deliberately weathered palette with no bright or polished option.

Buying considerations

Olde World suits rustic, Tuscan, Old-World, and traditional kitchens, plus furniture-style cabinetry and bath vanities where an antiqued look is the goal. Run the knob on upper doors and the arched pulls on drawers and lower doors to keep the room in one family. Rust and aged bronze read the most weathered against stained or distressed wood; pewter and Venetian bronze are slightly more restrained while staying in the aged register. Because the finishes are all warm and antiqued, Olde World pairs better with bronze or oil-rubbed plumbing than with chrome or bright nickel fixtures. The all-warm palette is a tradeoff: it commits the whole room to an aged direction, which is the intent here but limits flexibility if cooler fixtures arrive later. The two pull lengths, 5 1/16 inch and 7 9/16 inch, cover doors and standard drawers, while the matching knob carries the smallest doors so the hand-worked texture stays consistent throughout. Rust in particular reads strongly distressed, so confirm it suits the room's overall finish level before committing a full run.
