Shipping policy

We ship cabinet hardware throughout the contiguous United States. We also periodically ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada, and internationally — contact us for a shipping quote on those destinations.

Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more (after discounts, before tax).
  • Flat $9.95 shipping on orders under $99.
  • Large or oversized items (for example, kitchen islands) may incur additional shipping, quoted per product.
  • Because we carry many brands, an order may arrive in more than one box — this never costs you extra.

Processing and lead time
Over 95% of our hardware is in stock and typically ships within one business day, arriving in roughly 3–7 business days. Some lines are made to order — notably Anne at Home and Edgar Berebi — and ship in approximately 4–6 weeks. The lead time for each product is shown on its product page; contact us if you need a firm date. Backordered items typically follow within 7–10 business days at no additional shipping charge.

Carriers and tracking
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selected by order size and destination. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, and you can also track it from your account.

Damaged or lost shipments
Please inspect your order on delivery. Report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery, and concealed damage within 14 days, to cs@knobs.co or 1-800-530-8245. We will work with the carrier and send replacements or a refund as needed.

Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we may not be able to redirect it.
