Spot the same item for less at another retailer? Grab the link — just be sure to reach out before you place your order.
Send it our way
Email the product and competitor link to cs@knobs.co, or share it by chat or phone. Include their shipping charges — we compare total cost.
We do our best to beat it
If it checks out, we'll do our best to match the competitor's total price — and in most cases, beat it by 10% of the difference.
For Example
Say we sell a pull for $100 and you spot it elsewhere for $90. We'll sell it to you for $89 — the full $10 difference, plus an extra 10% of it, back in your pocket.
The Fine Print
- Price match requests must be made before you place your order.
- We compare total delivered cost, including the competitor's shipping charges.
- Clearance, closeout, and out-of-stock listings can't be matched.
- Requests are reviewed case-by-case, and we reserve the right to decline — but we'll always try to get you the best deal we can.
