These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of knobs.co (the "Site"), operated by Knobs.co. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Us
knobs.co is operated by Knobs.co, an independent retailer of cabinet hardware from Top Knobs and other leading brands. We are not affiliated with or operated by the manufacturers whose products we sell. All product names, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account.

Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Product Information
We work hard to describe products and finishes accurately, but we don't guarantee that every detail (color, finish, dimensions, availability) is error-free. Finishes can vary slightly between production runs and may appear different on screen than in person — that's why we offer samples. If a product on the Site is materially mis-described, your sole remedy is to return the unused item under our Refund Policy.

Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel orders based on incorrect pricing or availability, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order for these reasons, we will refund any payment in full.

Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, or violation of these Terms.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual Property
All Site content — including text, images, photography, logos, and original product copy — is owned by Knobs.co or our licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without written permission.

User Content
If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content to the Site, you grant Knobs.co a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site and our marketing. You represent that you own or have permission to submit the content.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, scrape or bulk-download Site content, use bots to place orders, or impersonate any person or entity.

Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Disclaimers
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knobs.co disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer warranties (where they apply) are passed through directly to the buyer.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Knobs.co's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knobs.co, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
