What identifies the Lips look

The profile is a low, lipped channel that finger-grips behind a slim front face, so the cabinetry stays nearly flush from the front. Sample sizes run at 160mm and 224mm center-to-center, suited to standard drawer banks and door fronts. Berenson offers Lips in a graphic Black for a recessed, near-invisible read, plus Polished Chrome and Brushed Nickel for a brighter edge line. The shape is purely functional geometry, with no ornament, which is the point of an edge pull.

Buying considerations

Lips fits modern and minimalist kitchens, frameless cabinetry, and handleless-look designs where a projecting pull would break the elevation. Edge pulls work best on slab and flat-panel fronts; they are less suited to shaker or raised-panel doors where the rail interferes. The Black option nearly disappears against dark cabinetry, while the chrome and nickel versions read as a deliberate horizontal line. Because Lips carries no knobs, plan the whole room around edge pulls or coordinate a separate knob family in a matching tone. Confirm the 160mm or 224mm spacing against your existing holes before ordering. On a base drawer bank the channel grip keeps fingers off the painted face, which cuts down on smudging in a busy kitchen.
