Century Hardware Builders Choice Collection

Builder's Choice, sometimes listed as Builders Choice, is Century Hardware's core, no-frills line: straightforward knobs and pulls sized for standard doors and drawer fronts, without the mixed-material or nature-inspired detailing found in some of the brand's other collections. It's built for volume installs, new construction, full kitchen remodels, where matching sizes across many doors matters more than any single statement piece.

What the line actually includes

The line starts at a compact 1-1/4" round knob and runs up to a 5" D-pull, with an oval knob and a cup pull rounding out the shapes. Pull spacing, measured center to center, ranges from 3" to nearly 4" (96mm), covering the sizes most builders and remodelers spec by default. Every piece carries the same traditional style tag, which keeps the whole line visually consistent even across different shapes.

Matching a kitchen to one collection

Because Builder's Choice spans knobs, D-pulls, T-bar pulls, and a cup pull within one traditional design language, it's possible to outfit an entire kitchen from this single collection without mixing brands, knobs on doors, pulls sized to drawer width. Measure each drawer front before ordering pull lengths; a 3" cup pull and a 5" D-pull aren't interchangeable even though Century sells both under the Builder's Choice name.

Where Builder's Choice fits versus Century's other lines

Reach for this line when the hardware should stay in the background rather than announce itself. For a more textured, nature-driven look from the same brand, Raw Authentic is worth comparing, and Yukon covers a different aesthetic entirely if traditional isn't what the project calls for.

Working with a builder or contractor

Because this line prioritizes standard sizing over ornamentation, it's a common default spec for builders working from a plan set rather than a homeowner picking each piece separately. Ordering across multiple units, a contractor benefits from the traditional style tag staying consistent across the whole shape range, so knobs and pulls bought in different phases of a project still match.
