What the bronze-and-copper combination actually does

The two-layer construction stacks warm-on-warm: a bronze base reads as the substrate, then the copper wash drops a brighter orange-metallic tone into the carved relief and along the edges. The effect is closer to an aged copper kettle than to standard cabinet bronze, and the warmth is amplified compared to either layer alone.
