The effect is a two-tone finish on a single piece: dark bronze in the recessed and protected areas, warmer brassy or coppery highlights on the high points where hands and use would naturally polish the surface over time.

For buyers who want the worked, dimensional character of highlighted ORB but with a different base color, antique copper applies a similar aging concept to a warmer copper substrate.
