Red is the boldest colour you can put on a cabinet front and the one mainstream hardware lines skip almost entirely. Almost all of these are 3 inch center to center, which is the standard cabinet pull spacing in American kitchens and makes them a direct replacement for an existing pull. The shapes split between dedicated glass pulls and bar pulls with glass elements. Measure center to center between your existing screw holes first; if the answer is 3 inches, most of this page drops straight in.

Using red without overdoing it

Red works best in a measured dose. A single run of drawers, a laundry cabinet, an island or a repainted piece of furniture gives the colour somewhere to live without committing the whole kitchen. Against white, cream and black cabinetry red holds its own; against warm wood it reads softer. If the room already has a strong accent colour, pick one of them to win. Red also behaves differently by finish of the cabinet: on a matte painted door it stays punchy, while against a glossy front the two surfaces compete for the same light.

Living with hand-made glass

Every piece is individually made, so swirl and saturation vary slightly across a set - order them together so they come from the same run. Glass will not fade, but it can chip if something hits it hard, which is an argument for uppers and furniture over the hardest-working base drawer.
