Smedbo Air: compact chrome cabinet hardware with mini hooks

Air is a polished chrome collection built around smaller-scale pieces: mini towel hooks sold in pairs and a multi-purpose hook alongside the standard single towel rail, towel ring, and toilet roll holder. Frosted glass shows up on the soap dispenser and tumbler holder, the same pairing of chrome and frosted glass Smedbo uses across a few of its other collections. A toilet roll holder rounds out the line, sized to match the same compact footprint as the hooks and rail.

What "mini" and "multi-purpose" mean here

The mini towel hooks are scaled down from a standard hook, useful for hand towels or washcloths rather than full bath towels, and they're sold as a pair so both sides of a small wall space get covered at once. The multi-purpose hook is sized for heavier or bulkier items, a robe or a bag, where a mini hook wouldn't hold the weight.

Rail length and layout

The single towel rail comes in more than one length within the Air line, including an 800mm option for a wider wall than the standard rail suits. Pairing a full-length rail with a mini hook or two lets a small bathroom handle both a bath towel and a hand towel without crowding one fixture with everything.

Frosted glass and chrome together

The frosted glass soap dispenser and tumbler holder soften what's visible through the glass compared to a clear version, and they match the same polished chrome frame as the rest of the line. Wipe polished chrome regularly in a household with hard water, since spots show up faster on a bright, reflective finish than on a brushed one. The compact scale of the line overall makes it a fit for a powder room or secondary bathroom where a full-size rail and hook set would crowd the wall.
